Installing Flash Player Plugin on Firefox without having Administrator Access or Premissions

Hello guys ,hope you all are great and enjoying good health. Today was my first day on my new job and i am provided a laptop but when I opened YouTube I encountered a problem that flash is not installed and when i tried to install it,it encountered a problem.Actually the IT department there has banned the installation of flash player, but how is it possible for a hacker to give up in front of the IT,so below is the method which I used to run YouTube videos without installing flash player.

This is how I managed to install it without administrator permissions:

1. Download this ZIP archive to your hard disk.
2. Extract the file in the archive. You can use any program capable of opening .zip files (WinZip, WinRAR or the free and great 7-zip). There are also websites which can uncompress archives: wobzip.org.
3. Copy the file NPSWF32.dll to %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Plugins\
   • %APPDATA% is not a real folder. It's an alias. By inserting it in your windows explorer address bar, you'll be redirected to the real folder which holds your applications profiles and settings. The location of this folder depends on various setting that's why we need the alias and not an absolute path.
   • You can open this folder simply choosing "Start → Run → Type in %APPDATA% → OK".
   • In case you don't have a Plugins folder you can create one and place your files there.
4. Restart Firefox
5. Enjoy your flash websites!

NOTE : If you don't find the folder Plugins,then create it as in my case it was not present there. Enjoy .... ;))

Sometimes changes in the layout of Facebook often gets a thumbs down by the users. Just like how much people hated the new Facebook layout with photo streams above, similarly do people found the new social chat window appearing on the right sidebar as equal irritation. This add-on performs the exact same operation but with a different style. This one works for smart phones like IPhone or android because it has an Opera version. After installing the add-on in order to toggle between old-style chat and new-style chat, use the Options menu in the buddy list.

Mail Mining Adds Advanced Email Related Options In Outlook 2010

The revamped email related options in Outlook 2010 lets user easily manage their configured mailboxes, folders, schedule emails, and classify set of senders into different groups, but many heavy Outlook users need some extra email management features to boost their work efficiency. Mail Mining is one such add-in which is created to make users more productive than ever before. It adds a slew of emails related features in Outlook while offering smart web and Outlook elements search to quickly find anything ranging from tasks, emails, appointments, to contacts.

Mail Mining also brings ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode for Outlook to stop receiving emails or notifications for defined amount of time. This helps user focus on their other important tasks without going offline. The Smart Alert feature lets you define a list of email types, or choose sender email addresses and contacts in order to receive only the most important email alerts. Moreover, instead of using Outlook native Template feature, you can try MailMining Templates to quickly create, edit and send messages having more or less same context to different recipients.

After installation, launch Outlook and move to newly added Add-in tab to access Mail Mining features.

Starting off with email template manager, you can create as many templates as you want and use them while composing emails. From Mail Mining menu, choose Email Template Manager to view all the templates. You can add new mail templates and modify and remove existing ones. Creating template requires two simple steps. Just click Add, give a name and enter template content.

Configuring Smart Alerts is also easy. Click Smart Alerts on the ribbon, and select contacts and enter keywords for which you want to be notified in future.

To turn on the Do Not Disturb mode, right-click its system tray icon, and select the time duration from the list to stop showing notifications and receiving email for specified time period.

Real Time Spell Check In Internet Explorer 9

Are you hanging on to Internet Explorer 9 and badly need an efficient spell checker to identify and correct spelling mistakes? Today, we have an awesome spell check extension for Internet Explorer, called Speckie. It highlights mistakes in real time and suggests you a list of corrections. The extension allows customizing numerous spell check related settings whilst supporting multiple dictionaries. You can alternatively replace the squiggly line that underlines the incorrect words with not only customized highlighting colors but fonts as well. Apart from this, you can switch between 4 default mistake tag styles, ranging from highlight, single, thick-dash, and wave.

The noteworthy part is that Speckie supports adding dictionaries. If you want to, lets say, include German dictionary, just head over to Speckie product page and download it. Once downloaded, you can either replace the default English dictionary or add it in the list.

You can check out the suggested corrections for spelling mistakes from right-click context menu (see screenshot below).

Speckie settings can be accessed from either right-click menu or Settings –> Manage add-ons. By default, it doesn’t check spelling mistakes in single line text fields, however, if you want to check mistakes in, for instance, websites search field, enable it from Spell Check section.  The Tag Properties contains all the supported word highlighting styles with option to customize each style.

Underneath Tag Properties, you can add more dictionaries and replace existing one. Check out a list of available dictionaries here. Speckie is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit IE editions.

How To Login, Access, And Manage Multiple Gmail User Accounts With A Firefox Addon

Do you have more than one Gmail account and would like to manage them in a same place. Logging in to different Gmail accounts over and over again just won’t work since it consumes too much of time. If you are using two different browsers such as IE and Firefox then you can open two separate Gmail accounts respectively, but this doesn’t make any sense. If you are using Firefox, then there is an add-on called Gmail Manager that lets you manage more than one Gmail account easily.

Apart from it’s default multiple Gmail account management, it also shows notifications in case you receive an email in any of your account. Once you have installed the add-on, you won’t find much change in your browser except that you will find a little grayed out Gmail icon on the right side of your status bar.



Click this icon to begin adding a Gmail account, once you click this icon, a Gmail Manager Preferences screen will pop-up as shown in the screenshot below.



If you don’t want it to remember your Gmail password, you can check the Never Save Passwords For Mail Accounts checkbox under Security. Click the Add button, enter your Gmail account details and click OK.


Once you have added an account, you can add more accounts that you would like to manage. You can then select various options by going to Toolbar and Notification  tabs, once done, click OK.



Now look again on the bottom-right side of your browser and you will find your account signed in, move your mouse over it to see full details.



Right-click this icon and select the account that you would like to access.



This powerful Firefox add-on is one of my favorite and I highly recommend it to those looking forward to manage multiple Gmail accounts. One of the best feature that I like in this add-on is the ability to show a small preview of an email without going over to the website. Enjoy!

Iconix Finds Trusted Emails By Adding Visual Identity To Your Email Inbox

Iconix is a free add-on for both Internet Explorer/Firefox browsers and Outlook Express/2003/2007 desktop clients. It solves a very unique problem. Suppose you get an email from PayPal asking for some information, how would you know if it is legit?

Once Iconix is installed, it will scan all your emails when you visit your account and add Truemark icons before the sender’s name that it finds to be legit. It scans by sending some details of every email to the Iconix server and then determines whether the email is original or fake. It scans all emails in real-time and the process is relatively fast. The scanning takes place in the background and does not disturb your activity.

Two versions are available from the download page, you can select the one that suits you best. Below are the examples of Iconix running in Gmail, Windows Live Mail, and Yahoo Mail. It is also compatible with other email providers, such as, AOL, Earthlink, Hotmail, etc.
