A while ago we reviewed Always Right which is a Firefox extension that allows opening new tabs to the right side of the current tab.TabMyPosition is a Firefox extension that adds extra options in Firefox to help users open related tabs at the end of the tabs bar. To configure settings, go to Tools –> Options – > Tabs. From there, you can choose where to position your tabs by selecting the existing or newly added checkbox from the menu.
To open related tabs at the end of the tabs bar check the checkbox that says “When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately”. It will be quite interesting to see if a developer soon comes up with an extension that provides the functionality of both Always Right and TabMyPosition to create a new and more robust Firefox extension that can provide more control over tab management. It works with Firefox 3.6 – 4.0b11pre
